Delivery is included in all of our products. Installation comes as standard on the vast majority of our beds and chairs too but where it doesn’t this will be clearly explained on the product page you are visiting. On certain products like scooters for instance, you will be able to select whether you would like assembly and a demonstration or just the free delivery.
We can cover all of mainland UK but there is a surcharge to the following postcodes: IV, KW, PH30-39 and TR. We do not deliver to Ireland or the isles at all.
If you live in any of the following postcodes: IV, KW, PH30-39 and TR, we can still serve you but there would be a delivery charge. Please contact us by email at info@hwbmobility.co.uk or call us on 0800 933 0389 for more information.
If you live within any of the following postcode areas, please contact us. IV, KW, PH30-PH39 and TR. We are able to deliver to these places but it will cost slightly more. Regrettably, we do not deliver to the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Ireland.
HWB Mobility are based in South Wales and we deliver throughout mainland Britain. Some postcodes do attract a surcharge and some remote areas take slightly longer to get to.

We source products that are British made wherever possible and where it’s not, we ensure we work with suppliers that hold large stocks in this country to ensure the fastest delivery times.
Lots of products are available with express delivery as standard. Bespoke items like riser recliners and adjustable beds will be on an approximate 4-6 week lead time*. For these bespoke items, you will be given plenty of notice for delivery so you are able to make the necessary arrangements. If you are ever in any doubt as to how long you will be expected to wait for any given item, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
*Express chairs and certain adjustable beds are available on an expedited delivery service because we know how urgent these products can be. Details will be contained on the relevant product pages.
We have made VAT free purchases as simple as possible. As long as your disability qualifies, you don’t pay VAT on your purchase. There is a simple form to fill out at the checkout to declare your disability/long-term illness. Once you’ve done that, you won’t have to pay the VAT.
