The Opera Motion Divan Adjustable Bed is available for quick delivery. Choose free doorstep delivery for self-assembly or upgrade to our professional two-person installation service.
Our installation team will assemble the bed in your room of choice, provide a full demonstration and remove all packaging materials. We can also arrange old bed recycling if required.

When you purchase the Opera Motion Divan Adjustable Bed from HWB Mobility, you receive comprehensive manufacturer-backed warranty protection together with ongoing aftersales support from our team.
The Motion Divan Adjustable Bed has been designed for long-term reliability and everyday comfort. In the unlikely event that a manufacturing defect occurs, we will work closely with Opera to help resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Warranty Coverage
- Bed Frame: 10 Year Warranty against structural manufacturing defects.
- Motors & Actuators: 3 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Electronics & Handsets: 3 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Upholstery: 3 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Labour Cover: 12 months labour cover included from the date of delivery for valid warranty claims.
Warranty cover begins from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered?
The manufacturer’s warranty covers faults resulting from defects in materials or workmanship during normal domestic use.
Examples include:
- Motor or actuator failure.
- Electrical component faults.
- Wireless handset failure.
- Structural frame defects.
- Manufacturing defects affecting upholstery or bed components.
Where a valid claim is approved, replacement parts will be supplied in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
What’s Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications or general wear and tear.
Examples include:
- Exceeding the maximum user weight limit.
- Standing, jumping or placing excessive force on the bed.
- Damage caused during relocation or transportation.
- Liquid damage or fluid ingress.
- Power surge damage.
- Use of non-approved accessories or mattresses.
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear.
Reporting a Fault
If you experience an issue with your Opera Motion Divan Adjustable Bed, please contact HWB Mobility in the first instance.
To help us process your claim efficiently, we may request:
- Proof of purchase.
- Product serial number.
- Photographs or video showing the fault.
- A description of the issue and when it occurred.
Additional troubleshooting or inspection may be required before a warranty claim can be approved.
Delivery Damage
Please inspect your bed carefully upon delivery. Any transit damage should be reported to HWB Mobility within 3 working days so that we can arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Replacement Parts & Repairs
Where a warranty claim is approved, Opera may repair or replace the affected component with the same or an equivalent item. Replacement parts or repairs do not restart or extend the original warranty period.
Extended Cover & Service Plans
Opera offers optional extended warranty and servicing plans that can provide additional parts and labour cover, together with scheduled servicing by manufacturer-approved engineers.
