I called Andrew to enquire about the possibility of renting a riser recliner for our Dad, who needed one as a matter of urgency. He responded straightaway on a Saturday morning with details of one he happened to have available and by Monday lunchtime, Dad seemed more comfortable than he had been in weeks. However, this chair did not seem quite the right "fit" for Dad, so Andrew took measurements and advised us which other options were available, putting no pressure on us to decide and always available to answer any queries. Dad now has a super new riser recliner and a compatible table supplied within a fortnight of ordering and the installation went like clockwork. I would have no hesitation in recommending HWB Mobility after our experience. The customer service we received was excellent. HWB Mobility repaired mum's scooter quickly and it’s clear that they genuinely care about the people they're helping as well as doing a good job. I needed to hire a mobility scooter at short notice, so contacted Andrew who arranged one for me without any issue. The standard of service he gives is second to none compared to other places I have visited. In fact the service was so good I decided to purchase my own scooter from him. I was looking for a electric scooter that would suit my mum for the use in her kitchen & came across the reno elite riser. Then I started looking for a reputable company to purchase it from, reading reviews I found HWB Mobility had some great feedback & mentioned Andrew. I phoned to ask some questions & spoke to Andrew, who i found very helpful & professional. I purchased the scooter & Andrew kept me updated & within a week it was delivered & i had paid extra for the set up via a third party distrubution firm that HWB Mobility arranged. which all went smoothly. I had a slight mechanical fault with the footrest which stopped working on a recently purchased opera profiling bed through HWB. I contacted Andrew & reported this and sent through a video of what was happening so it could be passed on to the manufacturer customer care team. This was quite urgent as my mother is bedbound.
