Super single adjustable beds are the perfect blend of size and space.

It is for this reason that we recommend not changing the width of your bed too drastically when you’re thinking of getting a new one.
Think about it; it’s your very first night in your new, single bed after you’ve been sleeping in a double bed for most of your adult life.
Your brain forgets that you had your new, narrower bed delivered yesterday while you sleep, and you roll over to where your double bed normally is but it’s no longer there. Gravity takes a hold and gives you a helping hand towards your floor.
Not good at the best of times but when it wakes you from your recurring dream where your favourite movie star sweeps you off your feet, you’d be fuming.
Of course, it could be more serious than just a mild annoyance at being disturbed at the pivotal moment in your dream, you could break something and I don’t just mean the bedside lamp.
You could end up being one of those 20,000 people each year.
The chances are it isn’t going to happen. A single adjustable bed will undoubtedly serve you just as well as any other and will provide you with lots more room in your bedroom if you’ve been sleeping in a double till now.
Lots of people aren’t even aware of the size, “super single” so allow us to explain…
Sometimes referred to as extra wide single adjustable beds or extra single adjustable beds, essentially, it’s a 3ft 6″ wide bed and because it’s an electric bed, 6ft 6″ in length. (Standard single divan beds are almost always 6ft 3” long.)
6 inches wider than a standard single bed and a foot narrower than a standard double bed.

Wide enough to stretch out without your feet or arms being exposed yet taking up far less space in your bedroom than your old double bed.
