To use this device, sufficient arm, leg and body strength is required by the person being transferred. They need to be able to stand up and remain in the standing position throughout the transfer. For those who don’t have the strength to do that, consider the Move Assist.

Do not use this device to transport a person. When a patient is on board DO NOT tilt or lever the Standing Turner, the whole footplate should remain in contact with the floor at all times.
