Rise&Recline Premier Chair Range Size Chart
The Premier Chair Range is available in four sizes; Petite, Small, Medium and Large. This ensures there is a chair suitable for a wide range of users and body shapes.
The Petite size has a 15 stone lift capacity, whilst the Small, Medium and Large sizes can lift users up to 20 stone. Please note that the Dual Motor Standard mechanism is not available in the Petite size.
All measurements shown below are internal seat dimensions and are displayed in inches. Lift capacities are shown in stone.

Rise&Recline Premier Chair Range Mechanisms
The Premier Chair Range is available with three different lift and recline mechanisms. Each mechanism helps the user stand safely and comfortably, but they differ in how they recline and position the body.
Single Motor Tilt-in-Space
The Single Motor Tilt-in-Space mechanism raises the footrest before reclining the backrest and tilting the entire seat. This provides excellent pressure redistribution and a high level of leg elevation, making it a popular option for users who spend long periods seated.
Dual Motor Standard
The Dual Motor Standard mechanism allows the backrest and legrest to move independently whilst keeping the seat base level. This creates a wide range of seating positions and allows users to fine-tune their comfort throughout the day.
Dual Motor Tilt-in-Space
The Dual Motor Tilt-in-Space mechanism combines the benefits of tilt-in-space positioning with independent backrest movement. This provides greater flexibility, enhanced comfort and improved pressure management compared to standard recline mechanisms.

Royal Waterfall
The Royal Waterfall Back offers highly adjustable support thanks to its three individual fibre-filled cushions. Each cushion can be repositioned to provide additional support where required, making it a popular choice for users seeking personalised comfort.
Hampton Button
The Hampton Button Back combines traditional styling with supportive seating. Its deeply buttoned design provides a firm and supportive feel whilst maintaining an elegant appearance.
Admiral Lateral
The Admiral Lateral Back is designed to provide increased side support and improved positioning. The lateral supports help users maintain a more upright posture whilst the upper cushion supports the head and neck.

The Premier Chair Range is available in ten carefully selected fabric colours from the Millbank Collection by Ross Fabrics.
These hard-wearing upholstery fabrics combine comfort, durability and style, making them suitable for everyday use in both traditional and contemporary homes. Fabric samples are available upon request should you wish to view colours before placing your order.
Accessories
The Rise&Recline Premier Chair Range can be customised further with a wide range of optional accessories.
Popular additions include heat and massage systems, LED reading lights, swing-away arms for easier side transfers and various comfort-enhancing features. These accessories allow you to create a chair that is tailored to your exact requirements.

Rise&Recline Premier Chair Range Warranty & Delivery
The Rise&Recline Premier Chair Range includes a comprehensive 5 year manufacturer’s warranty covering the wooden frame, mechanism and electrical components. For additional peace of mind, an optional 5 year care plan is also available.
Delivery, installation and a full demonstration are included as standard. Once your chair is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Our team will assemble the chair in your chosen room, demonstrate its operation and remove all packaging before leaving.
Accessories
Removable Head Cover
The top of the backrest is subjected to heavier wear than other areas of the chair. Protect your investment with a head cover that can be easily replaced when it wears out.
Reading Lamp
This chrome built-in lamp brings the light to where it is most needed and can be set at three brightness levels. So you can rediscover the joys of reading with an LED light that can be adjusted to any angle you require. Operated by your chair handset it can be removed and stored away when not required. Available as a left or right fitment.
Tailored Head Pillows
For extra comfort and support, made in matching or complementary fabric. Providing added comfort plus a stylish addition. Zipped access for adding or removing filling.
Heat & Massage Options
Upgrade to pure luxury with a built-in Relaxor heat and massage option to provide gentle vibration and warmth to soothe aching muscles and joints. Chairs with these optional features will keep you warm while giving you a gentle massage to help you relax. Available as a 6 point or 10 point. Left or right hand side controls.
Duvet Style Removable Seat
Duvet style removable seat cushion cut out that allows pressure care to be changed easily, housed underneath the duvet. (other duvet styles available)

Swing Away Arm
This option enables side transfers out of the chair with the minimum of difficulty. Available on the left hand, right hand or both arms for total flexibility. Recommended to be used in conjunction with the Trio lift option.

Trio Lift
All riser recliners have 30° lift and tilt mechanisms that lift the chair front by around 5”. Trio-Lift , VAL or Variable Angle Lift Technology gives you even more flexibility and makes sure our chairs support you with changing independent living needs.
Removable Arm Caps
The chair arms are one of the places that take the most wear. A pair of arm caps will help keep this area protected and keep your chair looking even better for longer.
Heat System
A simple two button hand control operates optional heat pads in the seat, back or both. Designed for a heat only requirement without massage.
Castors, Feet and Glides
Castors are fitted as standard on all chairs up to 25 stone, making it easier to move and making the surrounding area easier to clean. If you prefer, your castors can be replaced with either feet or glides to better suit your floor surfaces and individual needs.
Fabric Protection
All standard upholstery can be treated with McLords protection to help maintain the fabric’s quality and appearance.

Twin socket USB charging ports incorporated in a polished black bezel, available left, right or both

All chairs ordered with a Staingard Care Plan are despatched with the appropriate care kits
Admin and Claims?
Administration
Once the furniture is delivered, Staingard gets notified and the policy is created.
A certificate of insurance is issued within 14 days.
The terms and conditions are explained in full on the policy and a procedure for making a claim detailed.
Details can be viewed and amends requested online.
Certificates can be printed instore if required.
Claims Procedure
The customer must contact Staingard as soon as possible and no longer than 7 days after the event.
Staingard can be contacted by phone however the preferred route is online, 24/7, 365 days a year
Online claims are validated within 3 hours of the next working day.
Valid claims will be offered an appointment for a technician to call with 5 days.
If Staingard are unable to resolve the problem, they will offer a replacement.
