Seat Cushions
There are 3 seat cushion options for the Chepstow. Easiform, Firmaform and Deluxe Pocket Sprung.
Our softest foam cushion with high quality Reflex foam filler for gentle comfort. This option is included in the price.
A cushion that provides a more supportive and firm seat with a high-quality filler from Reflex, the foam specialists. This option is included in the price.
The pocket sprung seating offers ultimate comfort at the heart of your chair, designed with individual high tensile steel coil springs in individual pockets, which give consistent support throughout the life of the chair and last shape to the cushion. There is an additional charge for this option.

Small Head Pillow
The small head pillow provides additional comfort for those who may require a softer surface to rest on whilst stopping hyper-extension at the neck when reclined or tilted.

The head roll is useful to reduce depth for anyone with reduced neck extension or needing to keep their head in a neutral position for tasks such as eating or drinking whilst maximising comfort and reducing effort.

5 Year Manufacturing Warranty
All Repose chairs we supply come with a comprehensive 5 Year Manufacturing Warranty for complete peace of mind. Cover begins from the date the chair leaves the Repose factory (terms and conditions apply).
This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring long-lasting comfort and reliability. Coverage includes:
- Structural frame and internal components
- Foam and cushioning against significant loss of support
- Mechanical parts such as motors, mechanisms, and control systems
- Upholstery and stitching (covered for 2 years)
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, repairs or replacements will be carried out at no additional cost.
Optional 5 Year Care Plan
For added reassurance, an optional 5 Year Care Plan is available as a chargeable upgrade.
This plan helps protect your furniture against accidental damage and everyday mishaps, keeping it looking its best for longer. From spills to general wear and tear, you can relax knowing you’re covered.
The Care Plan includes protection for (but is not limited to):
- Accidental stains and spillages
- Rips, tears, burns, and scuffs
- Scratches, dents, and chips
- Damage caused by pets
- Cosmetic damage, including leather wear
Repairs and stain removal are included within the plan, helping to maintain both the appearance and comfort of your chair over time.
