The Alerta Lomond Low Profiling Bed provides the ultimate balance between user care, functionality and quality.
It has all the features of the Lomond Standard and comes with the added benefit of Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg tilting feature.
While being a very low bed, the Alerta Lomond Low Profiling Bed also has the unique ability of its range extending from 20cm to 80cm high.
It has a 3 year warranty on the bed frame and 2 years on the motors and electrics.
It can be dismantled for storage or transporting and is available in Oak and Walnut wood finishes.

Alerta Sensaflex 500 Replacement Mattress
The Alerta Sensaflex 500 is a medium risk profiling foam mattress built with castellated foam. The sophisticated mattress design provides effective comfort, care and pressure redistribution for users in hospital, nursing and care home environments.
To launder the cover in a washing machine, set the main wash to 65oC for no less than 10 minutes or 95oC for no less than 3 minutes. The cover can be tumble dried on low heat and the temperature must not exceed 60oC. The foam can be autoclaved at 134oC.

Alerta Sensaflo Hybrid Mattress System
The Alerta Sensaflo Hybrid Mattress is the world’s first 4 in 1 hybrid mattress with foam-filled air cells, SensaGel adaptive foot cells and an in-use height of 6″ for effective prevention and treatment of users up to very high risk of developing a pressure ulcer in hospital, nursing and care home environments.
The Alerta Sensaflo Hybrid has a built-in fire evacuation system with straps and handles, allowing the mattress to be quickly moved with the user in position during emergency situations. There are four adaptable gel-foam heel zone cells that can be individually removed and repositioned to create zero pressure under the heel.
When used without a pump the Alerta Sensaflo Hybrid performs the same as a high specification foam mattress and when used with a pump it performs the same as an alternating air system. There is no requirement to remove the user from bed to change from a foam system to an alternating air system.
By inflating the mattress and sealing off with the transport cap you create a balanced-air self-adjusting semi-active mattress. The air cells are contained within a high density foam perimeter which creates a smooth transition from the side rail to the air cells.

The Alerta 2 Bar Bed Rail Bumpers with net inserts are designed to zip onto side rails, providing protection for users in bed. Net inserts are centred between the bed rails to improve visibility between each side rail, reducing the feeling of entrapment.
Suitable for profiling beds with 2 side rails. Also available in 20cm extended – code: ALT-115.

The Alerta Folding Crash Mat is designed to be placed next to the bed to minimise injury if the user should fall from bed. The mat incorporates triple fold design for easy storage and carry handles for ease of transport.

Alerta Overbed Table (With or Without Castors)
The Alerta Overbed Table provides easy access to everyday conveniences for users seated in a bed, chair or wheelchair. It is finished in oak or walnut and comes with or without castors. The table has a laminate top with two adjusting points which allows both height and tilt adjustment and comes with raised edges to prevent items slipping off.

Lomond Bed Wall Protector
The Lomond Bed Wall Protector can be attached to the end of the bed and is designed to maintain the bed at a safe distance from the wall and fixtures to prevent damage, including to sockets and nurse call points when moving or raising/lowering the bed. Designed for use with the Alerta Lomond Bed range.
Lomond Bed Assisting Lever
The Lomond Bed Assisting Lever is designed to fit on metal bed side bars of the Alerta Lomond Bed range to provide additional support when getting in and out of bed. It can also be used to reposition or raise oneself into bed. The assisting lever can be easily positioned onto the bed frame and secured by two ergonomic easy to grip hand wheels.
Lomond Bed Lifting Pole
The Lomond Bed Lifting Pole is compatible with the Alerta Lomond Bed range and is designed to assist users with sitting up in bed and repositioning themselves. The lifting pole can easily be secured to the bed frame and comes with a strap and handle. The strap is adjustable to facilitate differing arm reach length. Max pull load is 75kg.
