Harvest Woburn Ultimate 1200 is a higher capacity profiling bed. It features triple aluminium side rails and under-bed strengthening.
The Ultimate excels in patient support and ease of infection control.
A bariatric bed with a 60 Stone weight capacity, this bed is able to support most patients.
Comfort adjustments are made with ease due to the powerful lifting components and the high quality electronic control system.

Description
The Harvest Woburn Ultimate 1200 electric Profiling Bed is for plus-sized patient use.
Complete with aluminium side rails and an under-bed strengthening bar, the Ultimate is able to support weights of up to 60 Stone / 381 kg. The bed is available in both 1200mm and 1400mm wide.
For taller patients, the bed can be extended by 200mm.

Static Mattresses
HWB Mobility supply a wide range of Harvest Healthcare static mattresses to accompany your Woburn Profiling Bed, designed with comfort, pressure relief and weight distribution in mind.
Varying levels of protection are available, it all depends on the foam chosen and where the profile sections are cut.
Harvest can supply you with a standard infill for the economy range, or a viscoelastic foam for more high risk specifications. On some mattresses, both foams are used to form a composite material which makes the best use out of both foams.
They are cost-effective, high-quality mattresses designed for challenging environments where you need a mattress that is fully secure and fire resistant, available in both Crib 5 and Crib 7 fire rating.
Reflect 2 Mattress
The Reflect 2 Static Mattress is a suitable option for patients in need of prevention and treatment for pressure sores.
A deep layer of castellated viscofoam rests upon a foam base. The two foams together evenly distribute patient weight and provide extra support.
Benefits of this mattress include:
- Castellated top and keyhole slots in the base to aid profiling
- Complete with a two-way stretch, vapour permeable, water resistant cover with welded seams (stitched seams for Bariatric mattress)
- Available in 3 sizes
This mattress does not require monthly turning, reducing the need to disturb the patient.

Viscoflex Mattress
The memory foam effect helps to improve the comfort and pressure relieving properties of the mattress.
The base layer, is a high resilience foam which prevents the mattress splitting and bottoming out over time.
Some features of this mattress include:
- Visco-foam moulds to the shape of the body
- Better pressure distribution which reduces trans-cutaneous pressure and improves circulation
- Moulded foam with skin effect – resists tearing and crumbling
Specialist mattress length extensions are available, to extend the mattress up to 200mm.

Mattress Length Extension
The Static Mattress Length Extensions have been designed for use with our Static Mattress range.
Ideal for use with existing mattresses, the piece will add a further 150mm or 200mm to the length of the mattress and close any gaps between the mattress and bed frame.
Once in place, the kit continues to provide pressure relief around the heels and zonal areas.

Hampton Extra Active Mattress
The Hampton Extra replacement is Harvest Healthcare’s plus size active mattress. Designed for plus size patients at very high risk of developing pressure ulcers.
The mattress is made up of 20 independent cells. It has 17 alternating cells made of Nylon with a TPU lining to reduce noise when the cells inflate and deflate and a pillow section with 3 static cells for patient stability. The mattress comes with a 4-way stretch welded PU cover which is vapour permeable, water resistant and has a Crib 5 fire rating.
The foam surround allows for a wider mattress to be used on a 1200 wide bed, like the Community 1200 and the Ultimate 1200 and provides extra stability for transfers. It also improves stability when transferring from bed to chair, and to prevent bottoming out. This mattress is essential for those wanting to provide the right equipment for plus size patients.
It is compatible with our Harvest 3 pump.

Duke Extra 2.0 Active Mattress
The Duke Extra 2.0 is an alternating pressure relieving mattress system used in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers. It is recommended for use by a patient who is at very high risk of developing pressure ulcers, and for the treatment of up to stage 4 pressure ulcers.
The mattress is made up of 29 individual cells. 25 alternating air cells and 4 static pillow section cells at the head end. With a maximum patient weight of 50 Stone, this mattress is suitable for larger patients.
Edge to edge alternating cells provide pressure reduction across the full width of the mattress offering alternating pressure care at all points. It has been designed to fit the wider beds in our product range such as the Community 1200 and the Ultimate 1200 wide profiling beds.
Complete with the mattress is the CPR facility and a 4-way stretch, welded PU cover which is vapour permeable, water resistant and has a Crib 5 fire rating.
The Duke Extra 2.0 Active Mattress is compatible with the Harvest 3 Pump.

Harvest 1 Pump
The Harvest 1 Pump is Harvest Healthcare’s manually operated pump.
It is ideal for use in community and care home settings as it has a simple interface with a dial.
It is easy to connect and disconnect and is lightweight, creating ease of use for the carer.
Compatible with the Kensington overlay, Sandringham replacement, Hampton replacement and the Prime Comfort Active mattresses.
Harvest 2 Pump
The Harvest 2 is Harvest Healthcare’s digital pump.
It is ideal for use in community and care home settings as it is easy to use.
It has a power failure alarm, L.E.D display, lock-out mode and static mode.
Compatible with all of our active overlays and replacement mattresses.
Harvest 3 Pump
The Harvest 3 is Harvest Healthcare’s high-end digital pump.
It is ideal for use in all settings including acute as it caters for bariatric products and more complicated clinical needs.
It is easy to use and features an L.E.D display, lock-out mode, static mode, maxi-firm mode and four cycle times. It also has visual and audible alarms for low pressure and power failure.
It has a very high capacity, fitting all our active mattresses including our bariatric range.
Accessories
The Bed Accessories are best used with the Harvest Healthcare bed range, although can be used with alternative bed ranges.
Bed Wall Spacers (Pair)
These spacers are designed to reduce the risk of the bed being placed too close to the wall and colliding with power sockets or other features.
This can be costly to fix and often requires an emergency call out, the Bed Wall Spacer can eliminate these costs.
It increases safety by reducing the risk of electric shock due to socket damage.
The Bed Wall Spacer also protects the bed chassis from damage if being operated against window sills/skirting boards or other features, which can be expensive to fix.
The spacer can be fitted to any corner of the bed within minutes tool-free.
It is designed to be fitted to the bed at any point where the bed would come into contact with a wall and should be kept at a safe distance and reduce the possibility of collision.
Overbed Table
The Overbed Table is designed for use with profiling beds, providing users with a surface area to eat, read or place their belongings.
Height adjustable, easy to use and built with an automatic safe lock, the table is fit for purpose for a variety of users.
Connoisseur Overbed Table
The Connoisseur Overbed Table is a high quality, two tier table.
Height adjustable, easy to use and built with an automatic safe lock, the table is fit for purpose for a variety of users.
2 vinyl wrapped trays allow for more usability and provide more space.
Ultimate Grab Handle
The Grab Handle is a device used to assist the user when getting in and out of bed.
Handles fit securely to the bed platform, providing the weighted support necessary when in use.
Side rails don’t have to be removed whilst it is in use.
Ultimate Lifting Pole
Compatible with our exclusive Woburn Ultimate bed, this Ultimate Lifting Pole assists the user to sit upright in bed.
By holding onto the handle, which is supplied with the lifting pole, the patient is able to adjust themselves as required, with little or no aid from a carer.
Should extra support be needed, we also supply Grab Handles, which fit to the bed frame.
Lifting poles for the Ultimate beds are available in both 1200mm and 1400mm.
Underbed Light
The Underbed Light can be used in conjunction with our exclusive Woburn bed range.
Once movement has been detected, a soft glow will illuminate around the bed side and the floor, helping to prevent trips and falls.
The soft-glowing light is beneficial at night time, as it provides carers the light they need to check on patients, without having to wake up individuals in the process.
The Underbed Light will connect to the power supply of the bed.
Emergency Bed Lower Kit
A necessity for all owners of the Woburn Bed Range, the Emergency Bed Lower Kit is to be used in the event of a power failure on a bed.
Please note, if in the event of an emergency, a bed is set in the profiling position, it will need to be lowered before beginning evacuation.
Bed Length Extension Kit
The Bed Length Extension Kit is available to extend your profiling bed by an additional 200mm.
Some users are not comfortable in a typical 2000mm long Profiling Bed, which can cause entrapment issues. This solution provided by Harvest allows for users to feel more comfortable when laid or sat upright in bed, removing any entrapment issues.
The kit consists of 6 aluminium side rail extension peices and the platform extension piece. You can also purchase the mattress length extension to fill the space created.
