Available Sizes

Delivery and Installation
The Opera Eden Adjustable Bed is available for quick delivery in selected fabrics, including Linen and Anthracite. Alternative fabric choices are typically available with an estimated lead time of 4 to 6 weeks.
You can choose free doorstep delivery for self-assembly or upgrade to our professional two-person installation service. Our installation team will assemble the bed in your room of choice, provide a full demonstration and remove all packaging materials. We can also arrange old bed recycling if required.

Opera Eden Adjustable Bed Warranty & Support
When you purchase the Opera Eden Adjustable Bed from HWB Mobility, you receive comprehensive manufacturer-backed warranty protection together with ongoing support from our team. The Opera Eden is designed for long-term reliability and everyday comfort. In the unlikely event that a fault develops due to a manufacturing defect, we will work with Opera to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Warranty Coverage
- Frame: 10 Year Warranty against structural manufacturing defects.
- Motors & Actuators: 3 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Electronics & Handsets: 3 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Upholstery: 3 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Labour Cover: 12 months labour cover included from the date of delivery for valid warranty claims.
What’s Covered?
The warranty covers faults that occur as a result of manufacturing defects during normal domestic use. Examples may include:
- Motor or actuator failure.
- Electrical or control system faults.
- Handset failure.
- Structural frame defects.
- Manufacturing defects affecting upholstery or components.
What’s Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, neglect, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear. Examples include:
- Exceeding the maximum user weight.
- Standing or jumping on the bed.
- Damage caused during relocation.
- Liquid damage.
- Power surge damage.
- Use of non-approved accessories or mattresses.
- Cosmetic wear and tear.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you experience a problem with your Opera Eden Adjustable Bed, please contact HWB Mobility in the first instance. To help us process your claim efficiently, we may request:
- Proof of purchase.
- Your product serial number.
- Photographs or video showing the issue.
- A brief description of the fault.
Additional troubleshooting or inspection may be required before warranty approval.
Delivery Damage
Please inspect your bed upon delivery. Any transit damage should be reported to HWB Mobility within 3 working days of receipt so that we can arrange a suitable resolution.
Extended Cover & Service Plans
