You’ve got the chains and you’ve got the independents, you’ve got those with shops as well as a website and then you’ve got those that solely provide their products online, like us.
Our website is still like a newborn baby but we’re more like its grandparents than a first time mum and dad.
We’ve gained a wealth of invaluable knowledge and experience from this industry that we’ve served since 2006.
Up until the pandemic hit, we were focused on providing our products and services to those living in Wales and the West.
We would visit clients in their own homes to discuss their requirements for our range of Riser Recliners, Adjustable Beds, Profiling Beds, Pressure Care Mattresses and Specialist Seating.
We would offer our expert advice in person and make recommendations based on each individual’s circumstances and requirements.
While we may not be able to enjoy a cup of tea with you these days, we are still able to offer you our expert advice online and over the phone.
By moving online, we’ve increased the area we cover; all of mainland Britain* in fact.
We’ve widened our product range to include even more reputable UK based manufacturers.
We’ve reduced our costs and we’ve passed that saving onto you. We can say, with a fair degree of confidence, that we are the lowest priced supplier of all of our products!
If you do find what you’re looking for, for less elsewhere, we won’t just beat it for you, we’ll alter the price on our site so it’s cheaper for everyone!

The range of sizes HWB Mobility offer for both our riser recliners and adjustable beds is huge. We haven’t come across anyone else with quite the same amount of choice as us!
There’s no such thing as one size fits all, particularly so with something that you’re going to be spending a lot of time sat in or lying on.
If your electric rise & recline chair is too wide, you can’t rest both of your arms properly at the same time. Too shallow and your knees are hanging over the edge of your seat, unsupported. Too high and your legs are dangling in the air.
On each of our product pages for Riser Recliner Chairs, there is a clearly visible size chart detailing the measurements for seat height, seat width, seat depth, back height and arm height as well as the weight limit on each mechanism, making it super easy to choose the perfect sized chair for you.
We provide as much choice as we possibly can. Our fabric range is no different. In most instances, the fabrics that we offer are made by Ross for our electric rise and recline chairs. If what we have on offer isn’t to your taste, feel free to explore the Ross website and contact us with what you would prefer and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Something our clients have told us over the years is how grateful they’ve been that we’ve been able to take their old bed away.
The amount of people that have told us that the only reason they hadn’t gotten a new bed prior to contacting us was the difficulties they had in getting rid of their old one.
It’s a service we have always offered. It makes your life so much easier and that’s what we’re all about. This service costs £65 ex VAT.
Your new Riser Recliner or Adjustable Bed is fully assembeld as standard. We show you how it all works and we remove all packaging. We do this because we understand how difficult it could be for you to do it and family members that could do it aren’t always available. No one knows our products quite like we do either and it’s all included in the price.
Our Adjustable Beds start from £599 and our Riser Recliners from £1049 (ex VAT). Some companies will insist you pay the VAT up front even if you’re exempt and then reclaim it 3 months later. We aren’t one of those companies simply fill out a short form at the checkout and VAT will never be added to your order.
